Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

The Chubbies Social Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Chubbies, Inc., located at 1306 W Oltorf St Suite A, Austin, TX 78704 (hereafter, “Chubbies”). The Sweepstakes is intended for continental U.S. residents and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Please do not enter the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the U.S. and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these rules (“Sweepstakes Rules”).

SWEEPSTAKES RULES

No purchase is necessary;
The Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:00 AM (CST) on February 8, 2025 and ends at 8:00 PM (CST) on February 9, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 8:00 PM (CST) on February 9, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).
To enter and be eligible to win the Prize (as defined below), a Contestant must be at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and if applicable, upon receipt of the Prize:
- (a) an individual who is a legal resident of the United States;
- (b) located in the United States; and
- (c) eighteen years of age or older.
To enter the Sweepstakes, each eligible Contestant must post a comment on the specified social post on Instagram. Must be over 18 years of age to enter. No entries will be accepted by any other means. By submitting the completed entry form, the Contestant is confirming that he or she has read and agreed to the Sweepstakes Rules.
There are no limitations on the number of entries by a single person or household for this Sweepstakes.
The odds of being selected for the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The prize available to be won by three (3) Contestants consists of one set of the NFL x Chubbies collection valued at $159.00 or less.
A random draw will be conducted on February 9, 2025 (the “Draw Date”) at 8:00 PM (CST) amongst all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. During the draw, three (3) Contestants shall be selected to be eligible for the Prize (the “Winner”). If the selected Contestant cannot be contacted within a reasonable time as determined by Chubbies, his or her entry will be disqualified and another Contestant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, and the process above will be repeated until such time as contact is made with a selected Contestant or there are no more eligible Contestants.
The Prize will be distributed via direct shipping only after the Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his or her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein. Chubbies shall not assume any liability for a lost, damaged, or misdirected Prize that results for any reason, including the Contestant’s imprecise or erroneous delivery instructions.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Contestant agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules. Each Contestant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of Chubbies, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Chubbies reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Contestant found to be:
- (a) violating the Sweepstakes Rules;
- (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes;
- (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules or guidelines of any online property or service of Chubbies; and/or
- (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
